文森特·奥斯特罗姆：中文名为欧文森，美国著名政治学家、政治经济学家、行政学家和政策分析学家，是印第安那大学政治学系阿瑟·本特利荣誉退休教授、政治理论与政策分析中心主任之一，印第安那大学政治理论与政策分析研究所创始人、公共选择理论的开创者之一、美国公共选择学派的创始人之一。研究宪政与联邦主义的著名学者。其夫人埃莉诺·奥斯特罗姆是2009年诺贝尔经济学奖获得者。 李梅，女，1996年毕业于中国人民大学哲学系，获哲学博士学位。现为中国社会科学院政治学所副研究员，著有《权利与正义：康德政治哲学研究》等专著。译者曾于2000年至2001年在美国印第安纳大学政治理论与政策分析研究所做为期一年的学术访问，与本书作者文森特·奥斯特罗姆教授有深入交流。
